Mission
Liberian Community Association of Rhode Island (LCARI) works to build the capacity of Liberians, their families and neighborhoods to thrive socially and economically. To coordinate, increase, and ensure access to community resources and opportunities that promotes socioeconomic mobility and self-sustainable; while focusing on long-term solutions that create opportunities and eliminate social and economic barriers to strengthen the Liberian community in Rhode Island for generations to come.
